Returns, Exchanges & Damages
Returns Policy
If you change your mind
or our item is not suitable for your intended purpose, we happily
offer an exchange or refund, within 7 days of receipt of order.
We ask you:
Contact us via email or phone,
for an authorisation number.
Return the item, unused, in its
original packaging, with tax invoice, via registered post to PO
Box 4112, Balwyn East VIC 3103.
Once we have received the undamaged
item, we'll refund your money (minus postage costs) or exchange.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
Delivery charges will apply to exchange items.
Faults & Damages
We are proud of the
products we make and use the highest quality materials available.
Faults
We will happily refund or exchange
any faulty item (including postage costs) within 7 days of receipt
of goods.
Simply email enquiry@adorningal.com.au or phone us, and we will try to minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution for you.
Damages
In the rare occurence of our item
being damaged or breaking in transit, please call 0422 810
814 or email us, within 24 hours of delivery, and we will
organise a replacement.
Any later than 24 hours and we are unfortunately
unable to offer a replacement.
Whilst our materials are durable
and of high quality, we have no control over specific site conditions,
therefore we cannot guarantee against breakages, fading or material
degradation.
We cannot be held responsible for defects that relate to accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or for defects that have occurred as a result of carelessness of the client.
Payment
We
accept credit card payment via Paypal. Paypal is a very secure and
trusted online payment processor. For further info on Paypal please
visit their website www.paypal.com.au.

One off payment transactions using your credit card, without registering
for a PayPal account are possible.

Stock Availability
We endeavor to keep
stock as up to date as possible. Sometimes though, due to circumstances
beyond our control, items may not be available. Should this occur,
our team will notify you immediately.
Shipping
Within Australia
Orders will
be processed as quickly as possible and are shipped via Registered
Australia Post or Courier service. Please allow 3 - 7 working days
for delivery.
