Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax.
We accept payment by direct bank deposit or credit card, via paypal. Paypal is a very secure and trusted online payment processor. We do not collect or store any credit card information. Paypal uses industry-standard SSL encryption when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged through our site server.
If payment is via direct bank deposit, please deposit into our bank account – BSB 033 395, A/C 333 627. Ensure your full name is on payment advice, emailing receipt to enquiry@adorningal.com.au. Goods will be shipped once full payment is received.
Returns
If our product is unsuitable, we happily offer an exchange or refund, less shipping costs. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unused, unmarked and in original packaging.
Please email enquiry@adorningal.com.au to notify us of the item you would like to refund or exchange.
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
In the rare occurence of breakages in transit, please call 0422 810 814 or email enquiry@adorningal.com.au, within 24 hours of delivery, and we will organise a replacement. Any later than 24 hours and we are unfortunately unable to offer a replacement.
Faults
Adorning AL carefully checks all items prior to dispatch. However, if goods are found to be faulty, email enquiry@adorningal.com.au and we will refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping
Within Australia
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days of order placement and payment. Items are securely packaged and sent via Australian Post or Courier (signature required to receive item). Please note, we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Generally, shipping costs to most areas in Australia for retail orders are:-
$8 for orders up to $49.99
$10 for orders between
$50 to $100.00
$16 for orders between $100.01 to $199.99

International
We’d LOVE to arrange shipping of our products overseas. Contact us with details via enquiry@adorningal.com.au and we will reply with an estimate. Once the goods leave Australia, any international taxes and/or duties are the clients responsibility.
Order Confirmtaion
Confirmation of the order will be sent to your email address reconfirming delivery/shipping details, charges and any other relevant information. Please respond immediately should you need to make any changes as we aim to ship within 24 hours.
